Description
English: Evolution of cell spreading under an imposed compressive load applied using a lens of weight , as a function of time. Note that the region of maximum compression can be determined only after placing the lens and hence cell spreading has proceeded significantly by the time the recording was started. In this case extensive blebbing can be seen during the initial stages. Duration of the movie is .
