English: The NYPD is seeking the public's assistance identifying the following individuals wanted for a robbery which took place in the confines of the 52nd Precinct. The circumstances are as follows:
On Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at approximately 9:50am three(3) M/H's entered a location on University Avenue via the basement door. The suspects approached the victim who was holding her 10 month old son and ordered her to put her son down. When the victim refused the suspect took the baby from her arms and threw him on the floor bruising his eye. The suspects then tied up the victim and removed an undisclosed amount of money and jewelry. The suspects fled the location to parts unknown. The child was treated and released from North Central Hospital. Suspect Description: 1) M/H/25-30, approx. 170 lbs, dark skinned, wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans, black boots and a blue Yankee Cap. 2) M/H/25-30, light skinned, wearing a reflective "road work vest" 3) M/H, wearing blue jeans Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577. All calls are strictly confidential. |
