Description

Depicted person: Johan III av Sverige

Svenska: Banér av blått taft, tvekluven, målad med kors i guld med 180 mm breda armar, kantade och på längden delade av svarta ränder. Den yttre tvärarmen delar sig i två 45 mm breda bårder, som löper runt dukens kant. I korsets mittpunkt svenska riksvapnet med kungliga vasavapnet i hjärtskölden, utfört i svartskuggat guld, silver och färger med stor, gyllene, sluten krona. Nedanför skölden en rosett i silver med guldtofsar. På vardera sidan om skölden med guldbokstäver: S(igismundus) R(ex), krönta med slutna kronor.
I ring runt skölden, utgående från kronan små vapensköldar, ordnade i rang, alternerande på båda sidor: Wendes vapen med sluten kunglig krona, Finland, Västergötland, Norra Finland, Småland, Östergötland, Södermanland, Dalarna, Västmanland, Kexholm, Tavastland, Karelen, Ingermanland, Estland och Narva, samtliga med furstliga kronor; vidare Hälsingland, Ångermanland, Värmland, Österbotten, Åland, Närke, Gästrikland, Medelpad, Dalsland, Savolax och Öland, alla med äldre svenska grevekronor.
