Description

Schönheide im Erzgebirge: Angehörige der Lenk-Familien lassen 2016/2017 die Grabanlage restaurieren. Im Dezember 2016 wird ein Zelt zum Schutz der Baustelle aufgestellt. Im Zuge der Restaurierung wird festgestellt, dass in der unterirdischen Gruft neben den Särgen im Laufe der Jahrzehnte der Nichtnutzung Abfall lagerte, der von oben durch Öffnungen in die Gruft geworfen worden war. Wegen der lange unterlassenen Pflege der Anlage war dies lange Zeit unentdeckt geblieben.


Zwischen Zelt und Mausoleum der Familie Oschatz liegt das Grab der Familie Tuchscherer (mit gusseiserner Umrandung), dahinter außerhalb des Friedhofs die Martin-Luther-Kirche. Hinter dem Oschatz-Mausoleum ist die Friedhofskapelle zu sehen.
