A boat or other machinery on its side in a river.

Pile Driver in Savannah River, 1938. Development on Cockspur Island proved to be difficult due to unstable land. While building on the west side of the island near the quarantine station, the land under this pile driver collapsed, overturning the equipment into the Savannah River.
