Description
English: Lytic granules are not polarised during NKG2D microcluster formation. Live cell imaging of the early synapse formed between NKL/NKG2D-GFP loaded with Lysotracker red and Daudi/MICA. The movie shows that during formation of NKG2D microclusters Lysotracker does not significantly polarise. Cells were imaged at a frame rate of 1 fps for 60 s and are shown at 7 fps. Bar = 4 µm.
