Português: Mitigar perdas de contexto, estabelecer confiança mútua entre as equipes e reduzir ruídos na comunicação. Estes são os grandes desafios das equipes que trabalham geograficamente separadas, segundo o professor Hugo Fuks, do Departamento de Informática PUC-Rio.
O acadêmico mostrou que, apesar das inovações tecnológicas servirem para reduzir as distâncias geográficas, o contato humano é fundamental para o sucesso do trabalho em equipe. Esta foi uma das discussões do painel "Inovação e Equipes Geograficamente Distribuídas", do Seminário Tecnologia da Informação & Recursos Humanos do Rio Info 2013. De acordo com Fuks, a disseminação da cultura de equipes que interagem remotamente trouxe muitos ganhos, porém a tecnologia criada para aumentar as formas de compartilhar informações também pode estimular comportamentos que prejudiquem as relações humanas e, consequentemente, baixe a qualidade da comunicação interpessoal. "Quando se trabalha com equipes distribuídas geograficamente, é preciso ter atenção a pontos como comprometimento institucional e confiança mútua", observou Fuks. |
