Description
English: Pav is not necessary for Polo recruitment to the spindle midzone. Polo::GFP cells were treated with dsRNA directed against Pav for 48 hours and then filmed from prometaphase. See Figure 2 for details. All sequences were captured at 30 second intervals. Playback rate is 6 frames per second (FPS).
