English: Supplementary Movie 3 Milky spot high endothelial venules as neutrophil exit site. 4D spinning disc intravital microscopy of a LysM-eGFP mouse treated with TNFα i.p. for 60 min. Labeled low dose MECA-79 antibody (red) was injected to mark HEVs. Maximum intensity projection. Neutrophils are GFPhigh. Scale bar 40 µm.
