1-19% Francophone: Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Burundi, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Chad, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Guinea-Bissau, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kosovo, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mali, Malta, Mauritania, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Niger, Norway, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Rwanda, Saint Lucia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
