Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Movie S4. Mammalian primary cilia movement. Maximum intensity projection images were generated from Z-stack images of TubGFP expressing MDCK cells collected every 4.5 s. To generate this movie the preceding image was subtracted from every time point (after background subtraction), leaving the appearance of a shadow when the cilia moved.
