English: President Obama opens todays press briefing with an announcement of the new START treaty with Russia, the most comprehensive arms control agreement in nearly two decades. Following the President were Secy. of State Hillary Clinton, Secy. of Defense Robert Gates and Joint Chief of Staff Chairman Mike Mullen.
