Description |
Svenska: Stående elefanthane på fotplatta. Huvudet är kantigt med små rödbruna ögon, betarna omålade, långa och svagt uppåtböjda, snabeln nedåtriktad med nedre delen uppböjd framåt. Hudfärgen mörkt gråbrun, ljusare på kroppens sidor. Färgerna på glasyren. Den ursprungliga modellen sannolikt ej gjord i Meissen. Mästare okänd. Fabriken grundlagd 1710 av kung August II av Polen, kurfurste av Sachsen. Johann Friedrich Böttger, som 1709 uppfann det fältspatäkta europeiska porslinet, var fabrikens tekniske ledare från dess grundläggande till sin död 1719. Pris: 1500 kr. Se toilettbok mars 1911. |
