Description
Deutsch: Fleckförmige, flaue, kleine Signalanhebung in T1 mit Kontrastmittel und T2 sowie Signalabsenkung in T2* (Desoxyhämoglobin) ohne DWI-Korrelat zentral im Pons. Der Befund bei einer 76-jährigen ist sehr gut passend zu einer pontinen kapillären Teleangiektasie. Eine histologische Sicherung erfolgte (natürlich) nicht. Hier T2 links und DWI rechts.
