Description
English: Movie of LNCaP cells embedded in a 2% PEG-based biomimetic hydrogel at day 7 of culture. The video was taken with widefield microscopy from day 7 to day 12. This shows that spheroids are formed by cell division within the spheroid and not by aggregation of neighboring cells. No active cell migration was observed in the culture.
