Suspension-laryngoscopy has been successfullv applied in practiceboth in diagnostic and therapeutic respect by my jjupils and b\- me aswell as by a list of authors. It is used diagnostically especially in child-hood and particularly in all those cases where we are comjjelled to re-sort to direct examinations. Its execution is so simple that I believeit will soon replace direct laryngoscopy.
