Description

Taken at the May 19th 2013 Pedal on Parliament demonstration. A few thousand cyclists gathered on the south side of the Meadows, cycled to the Scottish Parliament at Holyrood via the Royal Mile, and gathered in the large stepped grass quasi-amphitheatre between the pods outside the parliament building and Holyrood Park proper. Speeches were made by cycling activists & concerned politicians (was there more than one? :-)

People kept arriving and leaving all the time, so it must be rather difficult to estimate how many were there at whenever most were.
