English: : Paul Iván Villa gate. - 40 Gaál József street, Kissvábhegy neighborhood, 12nd district of Budapest.
Magyar: : Kapu. Paul Iván (1889-1972) zombori ügyvéd. Kincstári jogügyi igazgatóságon majd személyi titkárkén a pénzügyminisztériumban Kállay Tibor báró Korányi Frigyes és Wekerle Sándor mellett dolgozott. Osztálytanácsosként megvette Fleischmann Izabella bírósági végrehajtótól a Gaál József út 40. telket Csuka Etelka (1895-1992) zongoraművész és zeneakadémiaim tanár feleségével. A neobarokk házat György Dénes műépítész tervezte és Mód Lajos építőmester készítette 1929-ben. Az egyemeletes villa kertjébe hársfák teraszos rózsakert vízmedence húsz gyümölcsfa és málna ribizli mogyoró bokrok került. 1943-ban államtitkár a nyílas hatalomátvétel idején elmenekült Ausztrába. Végül a Franciaországi Pau városában telepedett le a feleségével. - Jelenleg hétlakásos társasház a felismerhetelenségig átalakítva.
