Description
English: EVs that accumulate topotecan undergo photodestruction upon illumination of MCF-7/MR cells. MCF-7/MR cells were grown and treated as described in Figure 8 legend. The continuous exposure to blue light using the GFP+DsRED longpass filter was photographed each 5 sec for 200 cycles (a total of 16 min) using the Zeiss inverted Cell-Observer microscope at a ×630 magnification. The obtained time-lapse images were animated into a video using LSM image browser software (Zeiss Inc.).
