Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 UV Polymerization to reveal flow cross section. A photomask with a thin slit was used to polymerize a particle at P6 for a side-pillar channel and P7 for the center-pillar channel. The cross sectional shape of the particles revealed the flow cross sectional shape.
