This is a reworking of this shot, Originally the mountain in back came out very turquoise. I posted that one in October. When Hurricane Matthew came ashore along the N. Carolina, we were treated to some unusual, swirling often wildly colored clouds. We are at least 600 miles from the coast. This photo was taken at sunset. This is much the way I remember the scene. Some photographers are sure images should not be manipulated. I'm not one of those photographers. I don't always alter images, but if the essence of the image benefits from a journey through PS, so be it. So there. |
