På locket över spelmekaniken finns målade blomstermotiv. Sidorna är målade i oljefärg. Nyckelharpan har tillhört spelmannen Anders Olsson i Vik, Uppland. Den köptes på en auktion 1880 av fjärdingsman Erik Lindstedt i Mora på uppdrag av dr A. A. Hazelius, grundare av Skansen och Nordiska Museet.

The key-box lid has painted flowers. The walls are painted with oil paint. The nyckelharpa has belonged to the player Anders Olsson from Vik in Uppland. It was bought at an auktion in 1880 by Erik Lindstedt from Mora in Dalecarlia commissioned by A. Hazelius, founder of the out door museum Skansen and Nordiska Museet.
