Description
English: HAADF image produced by a Cs-corrected STEM at the SuperSTEM Laboratory, Daresbury, UK (funded by the EPSRC), of the interface between Nickel Disilicide (top) and Silicon (bottom). Inset of ball-and-stick model for clarity, ball-and-stick model created by use of the computer program MERCURY.
