Description
English: Additional file 1: Movie S1 Time-lapse live cell imaging of DRG neurons either naïve or conditioned (CL) transfected with GFP-EB3, and conditioned DRG neurons transfected with GFP-EB3 plus T/D-CRMP-2 (CL + T/D-CRMP2), taken using an Andor Revolution XD Spinning Disk confocal microscope. Scale bar: 5 μm. Total time: 200 seconds. Acquired at one frame per two seconds. 30x speed up.
