Deutsch: Großversuch zur Vererdung von Sedimenten
des Leipziger Elsterbeckens Ein Film von André Künzelmann Der feinkörnige Anteil, insbesondere die Schluff-Ton-Fraktion von Sedimenten aus fließenden oder stehenden Gewässern ist sehr wasserhaltig und enthält häufig viele organische Bestandteile. Selbst Sedimente, die nicht mit Schadstoffen belastet sind, können aufgrund ihrer Fließfähigkeit nur selten unmittelbar einer Verwendung zugeführt werden. Durch den hohen Wasseranteil ist zudem der Transport der Sedimente sehr kostenintensiv. Eine Alternative bietet die Konditionierung frisch gebaggerter Sedimente mit Pflanzen.
