Português: Na segunda parte do especial sobre racismo estrutural, o Nação continua a apresentar conversa com os convidados Mariani Ferreira, produtora-executiva do filme “O casa do homem errado”; Gleidson Renato Martins Dias, assessor jurídico do Movimento Negro Unificado (MNU), bacharel em direto, especialista em direito público; e o jornalista Renato Dorneles.
Neste programa, nosso foco é o sistema carcerário, que é apontado por especialistas como uma das estruturas que faz parte do genocídio da juventude negra. Será analisado o caso de Rafael Braga, jovem negro condenado a 11 anos de prisão depois de ter sido acusado de porte drogas e associação ao tráfico, acusações que ele nega até hoje. O caso de Rafael ficou conhecido depois de ele ter sido o único preso durante os protestos que tomaram o Brasil em 2013. Ainda, Renato Dorneles fala sobre o documentário “Central”, roteirizado por ele e filmado no Presídio Central de Porto Alegre, considerado por muitos como a pior instituição carcerária da América Latina. |
