Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Looking south at a historical marker for the site of one of the historic milestones along New York State Route 25 in Orient Point, New York. According to some, these milestones installed along the road by Benjamin Franklin, between Orient Point, and Smithtown, although others have said they were installed between Smithtown and Riverhead. A few still exist, most notably in Orient, and Coram.
