This Sunday August 25th on Comcast Channel 15 at 7:00 P.M. Swiftcloud was born in 1941 on Federal land and lived both on the reservation and on Army bases. Swiftcloud enjoyed sports and his early teenage pictures (He assimilated as all US teens that looked like 'The Dick Clark's Show' of the late 50's to early 60's. Swiftcloud candidly states where his Native connections were and that was the 'Native bars'. He struggled with Alcoholism to the point he found his inner true Spiritual Heart - 'Red Road'. Swiftcloud became a ordain priest, has his master degree, married and became a community activist. He is to help people to help themselves from drug and alcohol abuse, helping people in finding their Spiritual balance. Swiftcloud started the annual “Running is My High” event in 2002. Upcoming in Oakland on March 25th, 2017. Running is my High! |
