Description
English: Bass Drive, the former U.S. Route 15 and 301 overlap dips along the landscape north of South Carolina Highway 6 in Santee, South Carolina. The road was US 15-301 until the overlap was relocated to the nearby Interstate 95 bridge over Lake Marion in 1987, and since then has been used for a pedestrian bridge, bikeway, and fishing pier. This section of the road is also in halfway decent condition, and though the name of the images says "Dip in the Road," the grade of the road runs quite smoothly along the landscape.
