Description
English: Full time-series for Figure 5, showing mitochondria localized to the cell equator in Latrunculin A- and Jasplakinolide-treated cells. Also shown is a DMSO-treated control cell for comparison. Images were acquired every 1 minute and the display rate is 3 frames / sec. Bar, 10 µm.
