Description
Deutsch: Die Minna (Herstellerbezeichnung; auch Küchen-Minna genannt) ist eine mechanische, mittels Kurbel und Hebeln handbetriebene Küchenmaschine zum Schnitzeln, Reiben, Schneiden, Raspeln und Entsaften von Gemüse und Obst, für das Raspeln von Backzutaten wie Nüsse und Schokolade sowie von Hartkäsen wie zum Beispiel Parmesan. Ansicht mit eingesetzter Schneidscheibe. Im Vordergrund der Hebel für das Andrücken des im Einfüllstutzen befindlichen Schneidguts an die Schneidscheibe.
