Description
English: mMSCs interacting with TNFα stimulated MAECs. MSCs were incubated with the endothelial cells for 10 minutes in the absence of flow. The flow was then started and continued for 2 hours. The video shows adhered phase-bright MSCs under flow that undergo crawling, extending numerous fine microvilli that rapidly change shape on the endothelial surface. Some of the MSCs then spread becoming phase-dark. The video is representative of 3 independent experiments. Bar  = 200 µm.
