English: mMSCs flowing over TNFα stimulated MAECs, with exogenous CXCL16 added, after 4 minutes of continuous flow. There is lack of interaction of mMSCs with the endothelial cell layer, with MSCs appearing as blurred “streaks.” The video is representative of 3 independent experiments. Magnification ×200.
