Summary
[edit]DescriptionMaternity statue at the Birmingham Women's Hospital.JPG |
English: Statue outside the Women's Hospital at the QE Hospital in Birmingham.
It started raining that day, so got a few drops on my old camera. The QE was named after the late Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother, and the old building opened in 1938. The Birmingham Women's Hospital opened in 1969, next to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Blue plaque behind for Dame Hilda Lloyd. The statue has since been moved closer to the road, than in the middle of the car park. |
