Português: A candidata à presidência Marina Silva (PSB) defendeu nesta segunda-feira, 22/9, que o acesso à Internet deve ser tratado como direito essencial e sugeriu a complementariedade entre investimentos públicos e privados para garantir esse acesso à maior parte dos brasileiros.
Marina Silva foi a segunda ‘sabatinada’ pela campanha Banda Larga é Um Direito Seu, mas evitou se comprometer com bandeiras tradicionais das entidades anfitriãs – desta forma, sem aderir ao debate regime público versus regime privado na oferta de serviços de banda larga. “Queremos transformar a conexão a Internet em serviço essencial e assim sermos capaz de estender a todos.” Para o movimento, “no geral as respostas foram bastante vagas”, resumiu Renata Mielli, do Centro de Estudos de Mídia Alternativa Barão de Itararé. Mas com bons momentos. “Ela afirmou compromisso com a neutralidade de rede e até mesmo com a universalização da banda larga”, acredita Pedro Ekman, do Intervozes. Depois de ouvir Dilma Rousseff e Marina Silva, a campanha espera que Aécio Neves também aceite o convite. |
