Description
Deutsch: Kirschbaumallee in Marburg - Stresemannstrasse (Germany): Frühe weisse Kirschblüten an einer der Japanischen Zierkirschen Prunus serrulata im April unterhalb der Veredelungsstelle am Stamm des Kirschbaums (die rosa Blütenknospen an den Ästen weiter oberhalb waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht geöffnet). Bedauerlicherweise werden solche Ästchen meist abgeschnitten, die rosa Blüten sehen zwar für kurze Zeit sehr schön aus, tragen jedoch im Sommer keine Kirschen. Foto im hessischen Frühjahr 2019 (am 6. April).
