Description
Nederlands: De geweven sierstrook is, evenals ABM t02285b, afkomstig van een dalmatiek. Deze zgn. 'Kölner Borte' ontleent zijn naam aan weefsels, die in de tweede helft van de 14de en de 15de eeuw met name in Keulse ateliers werden vervaardigd. Ze dienden ook als tooi van wereldlijke gewaden. Van boven naar beneden komen zich herhalend de namen "JHESUS", "MARIA" en "S'ANNA" voor, afgewisseld door twee verschillende groene boompjes met witte bloemen en rode bolletjes, en een rozetmotief met blauwe en witte blaadjes.

Techniek: het weefsel heeft naturelkleurige linnen scheringdraden, de inslagdraden van gekleurde zijde en huidjesgoud brengen het motief aan.

Staat: de goudlaag van de kettingdraden in het linnenweefsel is gesleten.
