Description

Svenska: LJUSKRONA. Av brons. Tvåarmad. Gjuten och dels svarvad, dels ciselerad. Bestående av stam, armar, plymornament och skärmar. Armar starkt S-formade. Skärmar av kopparplåt, en på vardera armens ytterände, vardera i form av en med botten uppåt vänd låda; utanpå ett överdrag utsprungligen av gult siden, senare ersatt med brungul pergamentimitation kantad med guldvävda band. Vardera skärmen uppburen av de S-formade ornamenten på armens ytterända. Kronan hängande i en kedja av fyra långa spiralvridna länkar. Monterad för elektriskt ljus. På skärmarnas nedre kant vid ett av hörnen i svart: CORONA. Höjd 1 m. Svenskt arbete från 1897. Förfärdigad efter beställning av Walther och Wilhelmina von Hallwyl hos Aktiebolaget Förenade Konstgjuterierna, Stockholm. Lampskärmarna förfärdigade efter beställning av Wilhelmina von Hallwyl hos Corona, ateljé för pergamentlampskärmar, Stockholm år 1929.
