Description
English: EGF induced a transient nuclear translocation of ERK2-GFP. NIH3T3 cells were transfected with ERK2-GFP. Time-stamped images were acquired using the same microscope and protocol as those in Movie S3 except that no green light pulse was applied after each blue light pulse. The same field of view is shown in Fig. 3B.
