Description
English: Phenotype of basal epidermal cells in pen/lgl2 mutant larvae. A 240-minutes timelapse movie of tg(Np63::Gal4,UAS::GFP) lgl2−/− zebrafish larva at 5dpf. Settings: 25×1-min interval, 10 frames per second. The GFP labeled basal epidermal cells exhibit migratory properties in the mutant larva.
