Description
English: General aspect of Leishmania amazonensis promastigotes cultivated in Grace's insect medium. Representative 10 seconds video, made at endpoint of parasite culture (72 hr). This movie shows the general aspect of L. amazonensis promastigotes incubated for 72 hr (initiated at 2×106 cells/ml) in Grace's insect medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 2 mM glutamine and 100 U/ml penicillin, pH 6,5.
