Description
English: LACMRLP 388Eb. Rotating video nest of opaque to transparent nest cell containing female pupa of a leafcutter bee. This comes from the Rancho La Brea Tar Pits in Los Angeles, California and is dated between ∼23,000–40,000 radiocarbon years BP (i.e., between 21,050 and 38,050 BC). This bee is best matched to Megachile gentilis.
