1952 wurde er erstmals auf der Pelzmesse in Frankfurt am Main angeboten. Der Begriff Keska ist noch heute (2011) in der deutschen Pelzbranche als ein Allgemeinbegriff für einen Pelzklipverschluss gebräuchlich.
