Svenska: Oval täckt av genomsynlig röd emalj, därpå reliefporträtt av Oskar II, halsbild, profil vänster. Runtom lagerkrans av guld, omlindad med silverband med årtalen 1872 och 1897. Kransen krönt av kunglig krona av guld. Bakom kronan bygel, däri fäst spiralformig ring.
