Description U.S. military and Israeli Defense Forces soldiers and officers celebrate the conclusion of exercise Juniper Cobra 2016, Hazor Air Force Base, Israel, March 3, 2016. After the ceremony, Commander of U.S. European Command, Gen. Philip Breedlove, Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Gadi Eizenkot, Israeli Air Force Commander Maj. Gen Amir Eshel, Brig. Gen. Zvika Haimovitch observed a flyover salute of four Israeli F-16 jets.
