Description
Italiano: Pannelli integrativi di inizio, limitazione, fine (modello II 5 dell'articolo 83 del Regolamento di attuazione del Codice della Strada).

Essi indicano l'inizio, la continuazione o la fine di una prescrizione, di un pericolo o di un'indicazione.
Il pannello di inizio va usato solo nei casi in cui sia opportuno segnalare il punto preciso in cui la prescrizione, il pericolo o l'indicazione ha inizio.
I modelli 5/a1, 5/a2 e 5/a3 sono posti al di sotto di segnali installati normalmente all'asse stradale; i modelli 5/b1, 5/b2 e 5/b3 sono posti al di sotto di segnali installati perpendicolarmente all'asse stradale.
Le dimensioni del pannello sono stabilite nella tabella II 12, e sono le seguenti:

- in caso di pannello posto verticalmente (modelli 5/a1, 5/a2 e 5/a3), 15 x 35 cm (formato normale), 10 x 25 cm (formato ridotto) o 25 x 55 cm (formato grande);
- in caso di pannello posto orizzontalmente (modelli 5/b1, 5/b2 e 5/b3), 35 x 15 cm (formato normale), 25 x 10 cm (formato ridotto) o 55 x 25 cm (formato grande).
