Residues in stick representation, connected by straight black lines, are position pairs predicted to coevolve in the ABC-C family and separated by 4 or fewer positions in sequence. For many pairs the separation occurs at one turn in an -helix (Figure S10A). ATP molecules are shown in sphere representation. |
