Description
Italiano: Insegna pubblicitaria per i caseifici appartenenti al Consorzio del Parmigiano-Reggiano. Realizzata in materiale plastico e ancora in uso presso alcuni caseifici che hanno un punto vendita, presenta una forma di Parmigiano con bene in vista la marchiatura a fuoco a puntini che compongono la scritta ‘Parmigiano Reggiano’ su tutto lo scalzo. Allo stesso tempo l'insegna mostra l'interno del formaggio, dal tipico colore giallo paglierino. Sopra la forma fanno bella mostra sé due punte di formaggio e il caratteristico coltello a mandorla.
