Video sequences of living cells were acquired for 8 hours at 4 frames/min in controlled atmosphere (37°C/5% CO2) using an inverted microscope (Axiovert 100, Zeiss). MetaMorph (Molecular Devices) software was used for acquisition and processing of the data. |
