Description
English: Movie shows Dm620HTT-GFP dynamics in rat axons located in the distal part of a microchannel. The right part corresponds to the tracked vesicles within the channel. Green dots are for anterograde movements, red for retrograde movements and blue for stationary vesicles. Arrows indicate the position of vesicles within the axon.
